2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website www.anflay.com, contact us, or use our services. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by:
STRATO GmbHOtto-Ostrowski-Straße 7
10249 Berlin
Germany
When you visit this site, STRATO automatically processes technical data (e.g. your IP address, browser type, the date and time of access) in server log files, to the extent necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a stable, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As a German hosting provider, STRATO processes this data within Germany/the EU — no transfer to a third country is involved at the hosting layer.
4. Data We Collect
We collect and process the following data:
- Contact information: name, email, company, message (via our contact form)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information
- Usage data: page views, time on site (only once you've consented via our cookie banner — see Section 6)
5. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process personal data to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Analyze and improve our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Process data based on consent, where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to improve the user experience and measure website performance. You can manage your preferences at any time through our cookie banner, or via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Our language routing (directing visitors in Germany to the German version of this site) uses your IP address to determine your country, via a third-party lookup service (ipapi.co). This is necessary for the requested functionality and does not require separate cookie consent, but your IP address is briefly transmitted to that service.
Where we use Google Analytics to analyze website usage, this only runs after you've given consent via the cookie banner ("Accept all"). Google may process data in the USA. We enable IP anonymization where the tool supports it.
The fonts used on this site (Space Grotesk, Archivo) are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third party — no data is transmitted to a font provider when you visit this site.
7. Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process your name, email, company, and message solely to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data will not be shared with third parties beyond what's described below.
The form is processed directly on our own hosting (see Section 3) and sent by email to our own mailbox — no third-party form-processing service is involved.
8. Data Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectify incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure ("Right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
You can contact us at any time via info@anflay.com.
10. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
